How can I go about learning multiple languages while finding a stable career?

I'm in love with foreign language and with Western Europe. I would love to learn French and Italian on top of my solid ability in Spanish. I'm headed off to college next year, and I want to learn all three (though obviously not all in college). What should I do for a solid career that will enable me just to travel to such countries and speak the languages I love? What about studying linguistics?

  1. independant studies. you can sign up with the college your going to probably
  2. You can download the BYKI (Before You Know It) program for free, which teaches you the basics of a certain language. I'm learning Greek with this tool, and it's very helpful!
  3. I speak Italian, Spanish, and a little bit of French, and I do agree that they are great languages. Anyway, while you are learning French and Italian, go to this website and watch Italian and French television. http://wwitv.com When you get to this website, click english and the choose the country on the left. Buona fortuna (good luck in Italian)!
