  1. nursing - more jobs too. only 2 yr program
  2. you should just go to sfcc for two years (and get your basic ed. out of the way) and then transfer to a four year college.
  3. Do whatever you want to do
  4. Want To.... Want To...... Want To......... There is no such word as WANNA. Ugh! Please stop trying to do it fast and concentrate on doing it right. A career is something you are in for the long haul. It isn't just a job, it's a career!
  5. Hun i'm going into medical and by the time i have to spend 10 years! (4 in college, rest in medical school). But time passes very quickly, before you know it, you'll become a radiologist.
  6. there is no "wanna get into my career FASSST" programs. You either have to work for it and get into radiology or not work for it and end up at your job that you have now scraping by. And they have online courses. Most campuses just require you make it there on test day.
  7. a lot of medical careers have a trade school available. you can be done and working within a year.
  8. There is no such thing as a radiology major.... becoming a radiologist requires a medical degree which would require 4 years of undergraduate education (in any major as long as you take the pre-med classes) plus 4 years of medical school, plus 3-4 years of residency (on-the-job training). However, if you are interested in a job related to radiology, you can go into something like radiography/sonography/MRI technology. For that, you only need a two-year degree from an accredited program. The only accredited programs in the Bay Area for something like this are: --Foothill College (Los Altos Hills) www.foothill.edu --Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences (Richmond) www.kpsahs.org
