Which School would be better US Career Institute or Penn Foster for Medical Billing and Why?

I have enrolled with USCI but Penn Foster's Medical Coding and Billing seems to be a much better training than USCI's Medical Billing and Claims course I heard they were too basic. Please Help me out here.

Please forgo both of them! :) Penn foster has had over 200 complaints to the bbb (mentioned on ripoffreport.com) as well as the school having several different names in the past and US Career is another for-profit school. There are actually Not supposed to be many jobs for the medical biller or coder (or medical assistant) despite what the private $$ schools say. My cousin actually just got laid off from her medical billing job that she'd had for over 5 years. If still wanting training, please consider the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course) as long as it's accredited within the industry. Penn foster is one of the best school for vocational training, 200 complains out of 61,000 students is nothing, those complains are mostly about payments issues.If you're willing to pay for the service then Im sure you won't have reason to complain.They've been around for over 100 years,the self-study method is great and I love it..
