Is it hard to find section 8 housing in Cleveland?

I have a home in Cleveland and I was considering renting it out to a section 8 tenant, but I was wondering if there was already an abundance of section 8 housing in the city, or would it be easy to find a section 8 tenant?

1. Omg its so easy to find a section 8 tenant. I personally dont use it but I know alot of people who do. I dont know if you from Cleveland or not, but half of Cleveland and now some suburban areas are on section 8. Its a poor city and not a lot of people have money here.
2. I am not from Cleveland, but I did just moved from Dayton. They have a posting board of landlords to display their rentals, it dose not mean that Sec 8 approves you to rent, its just to let the voucher holders aware that you would accept Sec. 8. They do the same in California. You would not be approve until the inspectors come out (if you are thinking of this, you do need to have the electric, and gas on before the inspectors come out). There are never enough places that accept sec 8. I know a lot of people moving to Cleveland from Dayton. Go for it.
