What would it take to rent my house out to people with section 8 housing?

I was wondering what the requirements are. Is there a bunch of paperwork I need to fill out? Is there anything I need to do to the house? If someone could help me out that would be great, thank you.

1. They may not be the most reliable tenants.
2. Call your local housing authority. They'll direct you. You do have to have the house registered with the County and it does have to meet minimum standards of occupancy. Those standards may differ between state and county jurisdictions, so ask them to send you a complete package.
