how to write a report on low income housing?

I am a senior that work at a non-profit organzation. My clients are low-income and most are living with aids.

1. look at www.hud.gov and look at websites for AIDS assistance and see what they can offer for you, as far as free information.
2. If it's a low income report are you familiar with the term Section 8? Perhaps it's an area that would be of interest to your group? Are there grants for community housing for this kind of illness besides the hospices? How easy is it for a person in this situation to get the grant versus trying for Section 8? How would they even know about them? I suspect that they are out there and maybe there is even a program that you could use from the city or county but, the real question is how would your people in crisis ever learn about it? I'll bet that it is a secret that isn't publicized like it could be. Sounds ike that's where you come in! Good luck-looks like a good project to study up on, it will benefit your people no matter what you learn.
