low income housing in clarksburg or bridgeport, west virginia?

I will be moving there without any real contacts, so at first I'm going to need some cheap rent(and im sure with what ill get paid I will qualify as being low income)... I am not elderly or disabled... what complexes in clarksburg or morgantown(including sourrounding areas) offer low income housing? 10 points to the most researched answer(ie names of places or a link to a list) Thanks!
