Any decent low income housing in Albuquerque?

I have a Sec 8 voucher. I can transfer it anywhere. I am tired of Austin. But, it's relatively safe here and somewhat affordable. Would moving to ABQ be a big mistake?

2. don't you ever watch cops, that place is the sewer pit of drugs and homeless. Be happy it is all the way out there in nowhere and we should fence it to keep them from leaving
