How can I report to the IRS/Housing Authority.......?

That a "landlord" is recieving multiple rents with out reporting it? And Property is not zoned for tennants. She doesnt have a supervisor, She's "playing" Landlord.

2. www.HUD.gov and look up enforcement under the "section 8" page. They will nail her. No need to report to IRS, HUD investigators should let them know.
