1. Try Google. I'm an engineering student from Wisconsin and I haven't a clue what "section 8" is. But the website http://www.harivco.org/ looks like it might work. It's the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside. There's online registration for a Section 8 Waiting List. Search terms I used: riverside california section 8. Type that in Google, hit enter, and there you go!
