Orange Housing Authority in New Jersey?

Does anyone know the process for applying for Section 8?

1. You have to find the Housing Authority office of the city you want and apply in person. I think you can find out where the offices are if you search on the internet. I don't know how long it takes in NJ., but it has taken me about 3 yrs. in CA. and it is still in process.
