why would a housing authority company want to do a home visit before u rent a house from them?

1. to see how you live...are you nasty? Leave pots and pans with maggots in them? Do you clean your home? Do you ignore your yard and never take out the trash? These are just some of the things they will look at...they will also check out your appearance and friends
