I am looking for ideas to market the idea of building a new recreation center in a affordable housing communit

I am hoping to start a campaign to convince the community that a new recreation center would benefit the community, and need ideas to market the concept

3. Consider floating municipal bonds - secured by the revenue from operations at the facility. They're at least federally tax exempt, and can be fully tax exempt in some cases. Money always talks.
