What is the secret of getting a response from an ad posted on Craigslist?

The way I see it is the day you post your free ad is about the only day you can really anticipate someone seeing it. Anybody know of a better way to get noticed on Craigslist?

1. Post it in the casual encounters section. Regardless of what it is you'll get more responses than you ever really wanted.
2. Include a picture of your boobs.
3. A catchy title is key. And some people do search through more than one page of ads, or they use the search function for keywords in the posting itself.
4. Its christmas, its too cold outside and no one buys off of there in the winter time.
5. They are all noticed but not all get a response.
6. Pictures, if you're trying to sell something (or promote yourself as a relationship candidate). Accurate, detailed descriptions help, too.
7. Try a heading that stands out from the others, maybe something catchy. Other than that, it's really a game of constantly posting (it get's kind of annoying, both as someone who posts there and looks there, but sometimes it's the only effective way).
