This is an attachment of Hope’s writing sample, Review and Performance Analysis of the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids) Program as Administered through HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). The research paper was submitted as a Public Budgeting course semester project to the faculty of Bowie State University in 2007. The research paper was originally 25 pages. 2. thank you does not need to be in quotations, and you need to put the word "to" in front of thank you. but otherwise, all looks good.

The only things I changed was part of the first sentence. otherwise everything seemed fine.
