Apartment finder?

Does anyone know any good websites to look for apartments more locally than the bigger apartment finder websites? They always have it in the larger cities of the state and not the smaller ones.

It offers searches specific to neighborhoods, prices, activities, etc. It's new so you might not find your city yet but I know it is expanding to cover the entire US so check back each week. Also, if you happen to find an apartment through the site, it gives you $100!
