I know some real estate agecies charge no finders fees on apartments but what is reasonable if you must pay?

I am already working with a reputable agency in the North End of Boston and they want to charge finders fee equal to one months rent. Is this reasonable?

1. I wouldn't pay anything. There are tons of free apartment locator services out there where the apartments are the one that pay for the service.
