Does anyone know of an apartment service/rental finder in Sao Paulo, Brazil?

I've looked on the internet, but all I find are services for holiday/vacation rentals. Which site/resources do locals use? I'm looking for a long-term rental for about one year or more. Thanks!

4. You probably will have a better answer if you come here, and do some research. We are not too developed to rent apartment by internet.
5. Best to visit Sao Paulo and see agents. There should be no problem in finding a rental apartment. There are thousands available.
