Need apartment advice for Baltimore, MD area?

My fiance and I are going apartment hunting. He needs a place by the end of April. Since we have a lot of hand-me-down furniture, we need one that has a large living room and a decent sized dining room. We also need one that doesn't cost more than maybe $730-745 tops, in a safe neighborhood in the Baltimore (preferably County) area, that wouldn't have high car insurance rates. We have looked at Owings Manor in Owings Mills. Any other suggestions? Apartment Guide book for March is already outdated for a lot. I've checked their site, but I want some noncommercial help. Thanks.
