I live in Houston, I need an apartment by September. Are there any really nice ones under $700?

I've lived on the Southwest side of Houston for a couple years now. My lease is up at the end of August. Ive been looking for apartments in the Apartment guide and other books, but havent found anything. I visited some apartments down Eldridge/Energy Corridor and they were awesome. Id really like to live somewhere around that area, but I'm paying $655/m for my 1br now, and I dont really wanna pay over $750. Does anyone know of some really kick ass apartments somewhere around the West-Southwest side of Houston?

1. Look on Craigslist.com and Oodle.com You can search for listings by price and also by any particular features you want.
2. Have you tried the Apt. locater's business that is on the corner of Dairy Ashford and Briar Froest? It's in the same shopping strip as that bar and grill, across from the car mausse (?). My sister lives in the apts on eldridge right behind the CVS on Westhimer and she has a 1 bed/studio apt. I think she is only pay 695 or so for her's, but then she has been there for several yrs. I can't think of the name of her complex but it's less than 10 yrs old and does have access to a gym, pool and assigned parking.
