I want to buy a property (condo, house, apartment etc) for investment purposes.?

I want to buy a property (condo, house, apartment etc) for investment purposes. Which is the best place of the three: - Alberta (which city), - Manitoba (which city) or - Saskatchewan (which city)? I am thinking of moving to the province where I buy this property and perhaps renting out the place. I want to start a business in real estate. Please help, advice, guide.

1. There's a ton of questions you need to explore and a post on yahoo isn't big enough to get you where you need to be. Real Estate as a wealth building venture can be risky and long term. What do you bring to the venture to start with? Educate yourself, take legitimate classes. How much capital do you have to invest? Who will manage your properties? Does your properties debt service adequately? How's your personal credit? What is the occupancy of the property? Are 12 month leases in place? Take the time to answer the financial issues about #1 yourself, #2 the potential property site and #3 the actual property under consideration.
