Where can I find the best Chico apartment rentals?

I am a freshman at Chico State and I was wondering where I can go about finding a good deal on Chico rentals? I've searched the web for Chico rentals but haven't really found anything good. The dorms are killing me, please help!

1. Hello, I found a flier at CSU Chico for AllChicoRentals.com and checked it out and it was great. It was very easy to use and they had a couple hundreds apartment rentals and houses for rent. They had a bunch of property managers and property management companies from the Chico area so all the listings were relevant. It was way easier than the newspaper classifieds. AllChicoRentals.com also allowed me to filter by close to campus so I could find off campus housing for Chico State. I found a place to live in downtown Chico on Ivy St and 3rd St. I would recommend going to their website for listings of houses, apartments, or condo rentals. Good Luck!
