What qualificiations do you need in order to rent an apartment?
I will be turning 18 in July, and need to move out my house. My mother agreed to be my co-signer, and I currently work as a Legal Secretary so the matter of income is not a problem. Do you think that even though I am of a young age, and I don't have bad credit... I just don't have any credit (hah), that I will have a terribly hard time finding an apartment to rent?

- As long as you have a creditable co-signer, no criminal background, don't owe or have any outstanding utility bills, and meet whatever the income requirement is then you should be fine...Just be sure to explain your situation withe the leasing agent they should let you know if you should take the time and pay the app fee....
