current apartment review for the Reserve at Town Center, Sterling, VA?

I'm apartment hunting and love the floor plans and the community grounds at the Reserve @ TC. They have a very high recommendation rating at apartmentratings.com as of August 2007. Just wondering if anyone out there has more recent reviews... Yay/Nay/Sorta?
