- Don't trust anything on any site. Make an appointment to go see it, meet the landlord and then decide. Do not trust what you see on line
- if the website is providing the review to gain some commission, for sure it will sound so good. if the website intend to beat their competitor, they'll make it as horror as possible though. to me, is depend who is writing the review. if the review is from the actually owner or nearby neighborhood, then it might be true. above all, nothing beat your own eyes. so see for yourself! - Well I know of one that is great because I have personally helped build this site. It's called hubbuzz and you can find it at http://www.hubbuzz.com. It lets you search for apartments by neighborhoods, prices, and several searches like what is in the area. The site gives you an overview of each neighborhood and a calendar of activities. But if you choose not to trust the facts of the site, there is also a blog section for anyone like you that post information about their neighborhood (likes, dislikes, events, etc.) It's not available for neighborhoods in Oregon yet but the site is building and will be available in that area soon.
