Which are the best apartment bulidings in Chicago?

I am specifically interested in the Loop area. I was considering Century Towers, but when I found reviews on the internet, they were mostly bad. People complained of the poor management and the noise from pipes at odd times of the night. No wonder the studio there was so inexpensive! Which bulidings have the best management, doormen, infrastructure that is quiet (no loud pipes!)? I don't want to spend too much money, but I don't want to live in a junky bulidling either.
