Any reviews of the Franklin Ave Apartments, in Eastlake?

Specifically, 2037 Franklin Ave E. I'm going to be applying there for a 2 bdrm-I've searched the web for reviews, and the only review out there is for a different Franklin Ave apartments [and what a scary review it is!] Any info apprecuated!

1. Thats right on the the freeway - I assume you've driven by. Can't be very quiet. Parking in the area is a bitch if they don't have their own Ballard is more peaceful and fairly inexpensive
