If I want to bring my fiance to the U.S. with a K1 visa, how long do I need to have had my apartment?

I'm graduating from college in about two weeks and want to bring my fiance to the U.S. with a K1 fiance visa. How long do I need to have had my apartment before I apply in order to make sure the visa application gets approved? Well, I know there's no guarantee of it getting approved, but I'm wondering if there are general guidelines or a specific time period they look for when they review K1 visa applications.
