So I recently found a great deal on an apartment but I am afraid its in the Ghetto..Every heard of Boca Rotan?

Ok so its off of 30 and 820 this is ft. worth texas. Its by the woodhaven country club and so you think it would be safe but I have been getting mixed reviews. Its a great deal on the apartment but I think maybe because its in the bad part of town which is in east ft. worth. I was just wondering if anyone knows anything else about maybe the crime and robbery's that happen in that area.. Please if you have any info let me know before I sign the lease!

1. I suggest you contact whatever police department controls the area and ask them. They have to at least give you a record of the calls responded to at the location...it's a public record. And by location I mean the apartment complex.
2. if you go to google...and look up zip codes and crime rate you can find the crime rate of the town/city
