Do they actually help you find a place or do they just move you for free. or what?

1. Yes because they also assist you with getting a deal with an apartment complex. The complex then pays them a "finders fee." So, you're not paying anything, but the complex that you're moving into is.
2. the service is free to you. they find your new apartment, and then move you into it the apartment complex pays them. Thats a better deal then the finder services that send you a 30 gift card to mcdonalds
