anybody had a bad experience with locators, inc. apartment listing services (philadelphia, pa area)??

Just wondering if any1 has experience to share about Locators, Inc. services---they're also called Locator News, Inc., w/locations all around Pennsylvania, but I think they're also in Delaware, etc.---they have apartment listings, but they want almost $200 to sign up!! Is it worth it??

I am a full service property manager and they call me all the time and ask for listings - I let them use my listing - but what is strange is I never get calls from any prospective tenents - not sure why - seems odd they take 15 to 20 listings per month and no one calls us from thier compnay If you want go to our web site we may have a somehting you are intrested in at http://www.delvalproperty.com/property/index.cfm
