E-mail help?

So Im using Cregs list for the first time and trying to e-mail this guy and its asking me a buch of stuff and I have no idea what these things are If any one could help me that would be great I use Yahoo mail -What is my incoming mail or ware can I find the information. It gives me the options of POP3, IMAP and HTTP. What is the outgoing server name (or SMTP)?

1. I would think it would be like below and forget about the pop3 as it dont mean anything just use POP and forget the others to Incoming POP.mail.yahoo.com out going smtp.yahoo.com --->no mail like the above example mine is pop.mail.comcast.net for incoming smtp.comcast.net for outgoing
