Okay, I want..WANT..not need (I do need but rarely and most often in the winter)...a pair of sunglasses..?

Something that lookes nice,protects my eyes from the sun and make sure that wind dosn't get in. I need a pair during the winter most often since that's the time when the albedo is high and that realy blindes me and during those winter storms where it's impossible to open the eyes for a second or that time when I had to catch the bus but I almost didn't since it was almost impossible to open the eyes due to the wind that was so cold that it felt like ice cutting your eyes. back to the point on cregs list. I found a guy selling a discontinued pair of oakly's for $50 and most of the reviews seemed great and the glasses only had been used several times and he said they wern't damaged. they look nice but mom said that she dosn't trust the other person...for reason she won't explain. She has a lot of things to do..but I just >>want<< (not need) the glasses. She said that she would rather but a pair from the store. Obviously she will be looking for cheaper pairs that are probably in In the 20-40 dollar range but I would really like a pair of glasses that are meant for sports. Of course- I would hear responses such as – (oh by the way..i’m now 17) Grow older buy your own Get a job Buy things you need and not want. I want a nice pair that look great and work for their intended purposes. However, the problem is that exams are almost around the corner and we are given I.S.U. (or culminating) work in classes so I don’t have time to do odd jobs. So what should I do? She did permit me to buy them but also told me “you know what, just give him any amount of money that he asks for” – I’m sure you understand how she feel’s about that. What do I do? (and no..I am about to enter such a life style that I won’t be able to work during the summer unless the shifts (of what ever job it is) will be late) Please tell me your opinion. http://www.surfweardesigners.com/clothing/oakley_clothes/oakley_sunglasses/scar_blue1.jpg <<that’s how they look like… He had said that they are not damaged…and the original price is 100 to 110… But the guy is charging me half the price (even though theyare discontinued) but what I don’t know is if he is giving the half case, half lens cleaner that came with it. I don’t know what to do..and what’s worse IS THAT I SHOULDN’T BE THINKING ABOUT THIS..BUT ABOUT OTHER THINGS THAT HAVE A WAY HIGHER PRIORITY COMPARED TO THIS! But since I am creating such a fuss about this- that obviously show’s that I had set a higher priority for them. So please tell me your opinion. Thank you if you are sincere.

1. Hey man check out http://www.demurluxuryitems.com they accpet paypal so if you don't like them, you can get your money back. Save yourself the time from craigslist and meeting wierdo's.
2. Why pay that for sunglasses when you could use the money to see the Iron Man movie or go a week end snow skiing. I would look into your local for a dollar store and a clearance warehouse kind of store first; then you could buy more than one pair. Don't wear stuff just for a conversation piece, go do something like the movies, something social like going for dinner at a nice restaurant. Would not a woman feel more secure with a man with financial value competence than a person who leans on brand names.
