Where can I find a free business directory to use as a cold call list?

I need to generate some business fast and need a call list of businesses with 10+ employees.....

1. go to a library website and find their reference usa link or infousa link. This should give you access to all types of businesses
2. it might be hard because that sort of stuff is usually sold
3. Just go through the Yellow Pages or any phone directory
4. copywrite might be a problem. they need to be bought
