i am trying to scrub phone numbers against the do not call list How do I do this without being charged?

i currently have a list of clients with mortgages that i would like to contact legally. these names were gathered through the county courthouse. does anyone have an idea or is currently scrubbing individual phone numbers against a do not call list? please respond at your earliest conveinence.
