How do I file a suit against those that defy the "do not call" list" and still call 10 times a day?

telemarketers still call and will not place me on thier own do not call list. I registered with the "do not call" when it came out and report abuses, but I thought that there was a stiff fine ($7000) per call, yet they continue over 2 years..they even laugh and swear at me when I yell at them to stop calling my home..It is primarily home loan telemarketers. Help!!

Get a whistle and place it rear the phone. Telemarketer calls, blow whistle near microphone of phone. Blow hard. Then hang up straight away.
gather information... either from caller ID or ask the telemarketer for a phone number and company name.
You can report them: https://www.donotcall.gov/Complain/ComplainCheck.aspx Or, you are welcome to sue them.
that only works for telemarketers not people doing surveys or people asking for donations. (i get about 15 calls a day from people asking me to take a survey or to give donations)
Contact your state attorney general and make sure you have the names of the bussinesses that contact you. Yes, its illegal for them to keep calling you after you told them to put you on their do not call list.
I had a friend who used to do this type of work... TRhey get a bonus based on completed calls or a larger bonus for "qualified leads) sales per hour. I usually keep them on the lime for about an hour toying with them with questions... Then politely decline... This costs them $ and they rarely call back for a second income reduction phone call
