FCC question, Federal Do Not Call List and telemarketers?

I have been put on the national "Do Not Call List" and my phone line is my buisness line. This same telemarketing firm has been soliciting me repeatedly. I have their phone # and location. I have requested they put me on their list and I currently am on the federal list. They are therefore in violation of law, how do I go about pursuing a complaint?

1. Have you ever done business with them? If not, just ask, they next time they call, for some amount of money...I used $200 last time this happened to me. There are loopholes in the law, so if you have done busioness with these telemarketers, you are stuck with them...
