Im relocating to Charlotte NC...Any good inexpensive townhomes/ Apartments you have lived in and were good?

My main concerns are the area safety, noise, and a lot of in and out traffic, along with bugs and over all quality. Apartment ratings.com is hard to trust!

1. You should try Fort Mill, South Carolina or Lake Wylie, South Carolina. They are safer, no noise, ok traffic locations and most of all they are close to Charlotte, NC.
