Neighborhood Ratings Website?

I'm looking for apartments in Long Beach, and surrounding areas. I'd like to know if there's a website where you search for an address, and it gives you a rating of the neighborhood. I know Google will give you a "walkscore" rating, which measures how easily you can walk to convenient locations. I wonder if you can get a similar score for the quality of a neighborhood. If not, I'd like to give someone a list of potential addresses, and have them rated. Thanks a lot.

1. I don;t know of a website but i do know that in Long Beach you need to stay in Belmont area or right on the beach area next to the ocean. anything else is not a good area to live in in Long Beach. Also you might look up the word crime statistics for cities online to find statistics for areas on a search engine
