The Blackstone Apartment in long beach california....QUESTION ABOUT IT!!?

I'm really interested in this place because the price is reallllllly goooood for my budget. If anyone use to live there, or is living there can i get your opinions? i read the ratings at apartmentratings.com but i just need more comments on it. The price and location just seems too good to be true. so PLEASE let me know! and if anyone has photo's of the rooms, that would be really helpful. Theres not alot of info on the apartment online.
