1. The apartments look nice, but I don't think I would move in based on the comments those people made. If they took the time to review it online, then they probably aren't making that stuff up. There's nothing worse than living in an apartment where you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, or where nothing gets fixed properly. Plus, I'd be a little concerned about how many people commented on how expensive their electric bills are. That seems kind of odd that that is a problem.
