Best apartments in ATL?
Okay, so I've checked apartment ratings, I've browsed what feels like hundreds of apartments... What's your pick for the BEST apartments in ATL? I'm looking for something preferably in Fulton or Dekalb counties, mostly in the city of atlanta (Sandy Springs and North Springs excepted) and some place that you LOVED. Thanks so much, um... wow, I don't know this--what do you call a person from atlanta? haha. hopefully you can help with that too! Atlantian, Atlantaite, Atlantan?

- Atl-alien according to the rap group Outkast. But mostly just an Atlantan, when you've been there and get your license changed over you officially become a peach! I would suggest you contact a company call promove. They can be slightly annoying with the follow up calls, but will find out about all the specials for you, tell you how the places rank and provide all those types of details. I would suggest Chamblee ( affordable, 15-20 mins from city) , buckhead, Midtown (bryson square apartments and any close to peachtree st.) If Atlantic Station is in your budget, you may think thats a cool place to live too! Enjoy and best of luck!! Oh and check out marietta st and tenth st. areas too!
- Post Properties is usually the best ones to rent from. There are some nices apartments on Glenridge Drive in Sandy Springs.
- You check out the Reserve at Lenox Park in Atlanta (Dekalb County)? It's not perfect, but it's not bad. It's gated, has a pool and an activity room, and the staff has been friendly and really responsive to my needs. The landscaping is nicely done, too. It's generally quiet, but some weekends, college students can get a little loud. It's close to a very nice park, Lenox and Phipps malls, grocery stores and a MARTA rail station. Recently, three cars were broken into overnight, but in all those cases, the thieves were going after things that were left in plain sight, according to apartment management. The rents are more reasonable than for other complexes in the area. And on a good traffic day, the complex is 20 minutes from downtown.
