hospital ratings?

you know how there are websites that you can rate your apartment complex so that others can decide whether they want to live there or not?? do they have a website like that for hospitals? if so....can you give me the site? well i was just curious becuase there my fiance was in the ER last night and to make a long story short i ended up filing a complaint and wanted to let people be aware of how we were treated by some of the staff members so that they do not have to experience the hell we went through last night.

2. Hospital ratings can be much more tricky than what you think. Most of the times is based on profit, or morbi/mortality. You should however know, that there are "Excellent" hospitals that have very few of the very very sick people, and most of the patients are covered under insurance, therefore morbi/mortality and profit numbers look good. On the other hand, you have a "bad" hospital, that takes care of a lot of indigent people, who are very very sick and their numbers are "bad". So, where is the best hospital?, I would get the answer from the nurses that work in the hospital you want to go. Good Luck.
