Are there any great apartments in FL?

Were looking for a nice resort like apartment complex in FL. Ive been looking with in about 25 miles around the orlando area but to the west side. It seems whenever I find something nice I go to the ratings website and everyone hates it there! I am starting to feel that I won't find a nice apartment complex to move to. please tell me I'm wrong.

1. Only people that have a gripe will ever post anything on a rating website. And half the time, they're usually in the wrong because they don't read the lease. You usually never hear from people that have nice things to say unless they browse those rating websites religiously. I've lived in the same apartment community in Florida for 3 years. I recently found my community on a ratings website and noticed their were a couple of posters that rated it very poor. One was because somebody broke into their car and stole a cell phone that was easy to spot from the outside. Duh!! Another was because they didn't get their deposit back because the leasing office had to replace the carpet, patch 2 holes, replace a cracked window, repaint everything, and fix the oven top. Duh!! Bottom line. Don't pay any attention to the ratings websites. I could not be happier in my apartment community. They respond promptly to any of my requests for repairs, I've never had any kind of a crime problem because I don't leave stuff laying out in the open, and the wear and tear on my apartment is considered normal. Everything is perfectly cool. You should not have any problems with the larger apartment communities on the west side of Orlando, in the "burbs".
