List Only

Where can I find a list of foods and nutrients I am suppose to consume everyday?

I am slightly underweight. I know I am far from my recommended daily intake of certain foods, nutrients, etc. Is there a list I can use to help guide me in the right direction? Such as what to eat and the amounts for daily fiber intake, water intake, and everything else I am suppose to. Thanks in advance!
