1. Not a bad car, i would probably only pay 5k at the most for it. The fact that it has new tires and a water pump is a big plus, as those are both expensive repairs. I would definitely have it checked out though to make sure the transmission and the timing belt wont be an issue in the near future.
2. no i would spend a little extra and get another car with alot less miles. I probably would pay 5k for it
