Is it possible to attend a school that is over crowed even if you are not suppose to go to that school?

I moved from an apartment to a house. I had attended the school that was designated for the apartment but once I moved I was suppose to go to another school. I am closer to the school I was attending but to the school finder I am suppose to go to the other school. When my dad called the school they said that since the school is over crowed I cannot go. I was wondering if there is anyway to get around it or if there is anyway I could get the school to let me go?

1. Yes my school is suppose to have 800 to 900 students but it has 1200 to 1300 high school students.
