How is it that CareerBuilder.com still have jobs to offer?

I still get advertisements from careerbuilder.com offering jobs. Are these guys making it up or are they just gathering info. Or weirder still do they actually have jobs to offer despite the state of the economy?

1. There are lots of jobs around, and lots of people getting hired, Is it as easy as it has been some times? No. But it's not like there are NO jobs, although many of the jobs either are low wage, or require special education or skills. Also, there are some areas of the country that have more jobs available than others.
