Does Craigslist offer a safe way to pay for things through the mail?

Do you know of other sites like Craigslist, besides Ebay? I am looking for a Tagalog Rosetta Stone or similar language learning device.

1. Amazon sells Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur and etc., and a lot of people sell their used copies there. You could try them. If you did use Craigslist, I'd suggest you use Paypal for the payments.
