What would employment be in a world dominated with factionalism?
Factionalism is a world where everybody tries to defend their own cultures. Instead of being united by technology and having a uniform presence in the global economic market, everybody tries to fight for their own individuality. Think of it like gothics and ghettos trying to express their individuality through clothes in a uniform-enforced school by protesting and such. If the entire world was like this, how would it affect employment?

- sounds to me like you'd spend too much time trying to show off your individuality to get crap done. There is a time and place for individuality- when your not being paid to do certain actions and act a certain way. At your job, you should be an employee. Look like an employee. Talk like an employee. Dress like an employee. People can have multiple pieces of their individuality as a whole, part of that is to act/dress the role you are at the time that it is occuring. To suggest anyone has one thing that they truely are all the time every moment of every day is nonsense.
